After your trial month, you choose Basic or Pro. If you don't choose, your account is paused but your data is preserved. You can reactivate at any time by selecting a plan.

Most teams are operational within a day. You import your containers via Excel, set up your customer rules, and you can run allocations and schedule crew the same day. No IT project, no consultant needed.

Yes, you can switch between Basic and Pro at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to all modules. When downgrading, you keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Opsora integrates via Excel import, Shiftbase HR integration, and outbound webhooks. Most teams start with Excel import and build out integrations later. For Enterprise customers, we build custom WMS connections.

Data is hosted in the EU (Frankfurt). We offer two-factor authentication (MFA), configurable roles and permissions with 25+ permissions, and a full audit log. Row Level Security ensures company data is strictly separated.

With the Pro plan, users are unlimited. Basic is also unlimited in users — the difference is in the number of warehouses (max 3) and available modules.

Yes, Opsora is a Progressive Web App (PWA) that works on any device with a browser. You can install it as an app on your tablet or phone, and it even works offline with poor WiFi coverage in the warehouse.
