After invitation, a new organisation can use Pro for 30 days without a credit card. The Pro modules are available during that period so you can test Opsora with your own operation.

Afterwards you choose the plan that fits your operation. Basic and Pro can be activated through the billing flow; Enterprise is scoped with you directly.

We start with your existing data and operational rules. Container and crew data can be imported through Excel/CSV. The required setup depends on your warehouses, rules and selected modules.

Yes. The app supports Basic and Pro on monthly or yearly billing and uses Stripe for checkout and subscription management.

Opsora supports Excel/CSV import and has an existing Shiftbase HR integration for crew data. Other WMS or custom integrations are scoped per customer and process.

The database runs in the Paris EU region. Opsora uses multi-tenant Row Level Security, configurable roles and permissions, MFA and audit logging to separate access and company data.

Basic supports up to 5 users and 3 warehouses. Pro and Enterprise have no fixed user or warehouse limit in the current product configuration.

Yes. Opsora is web-based and can be used through the browser on laptops, tablets and phones. The interface is also tested at mobile screen sizes.
